*Position : **QA Tester (Senior)*

*Location : **Washigton, DC*

*Contract: **6 + months*



*Job Description:*

·         Using the CMMi framework as a reference to define & implement
along with World Bank (WB) staff a Verification & Validation process in
terms of activities (testing, code inspection, etc..), methods, tools, etc

·         Identify test cases for automation

·         Prepare test cases for the selected functions

·         Develop scripts for each of the test cases

·         Train WB staff to use Mercury suite of products

·         Document Standards and Guidelines for scripting

·         Installation guide and User manual for the test automation scripts

·         This person will provide leadership and “best practices”
experience for definition and implementation for the process area.

·         This person will use excellent listening and communication skills
in order to surface issues related to the World Bank and TRO’s unique
culture and organizational constraints that could impact how designed
procedures work in practice

·         Strong and demonstrated experience of working in an agile testing
capacity, independently and as part of a team.

·         ISEB / ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing or
similar internationally recognized certification·
