You MAY have your Excel versions backwards. You said FoxPro wants to save as 2007 and you said: "I do not have 2003 version and having only 2007" which means you shouldn't have a problem! However, if you really DO have 2003 and NOT 2007, and FoxPro only exports 2007, THEN you have a problem. The problem is with FoxPro though. Some software is designed to ONLY output to the latest version available at the time of the software release. Maintaining compatibility to old versions is costly. Microsoft has a "Compatibility Pack" you can install that will enable you to convert Excel 2007 files to Excel 2003: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=3
