Copy formula from G2 & Select A2 to D12 ( or larger range) & goto conditional formatting, select manage rules & select new rule, after that select use formula to determine which cells to format..paste formula, click format & select color you want to give... After that Copy formula from G1 follow same process.. Cheers!!
