Hi

This code deletes all of the data on sheet B, then makes a copy of the data
into tow columns, leaving your original sheet A intact.
It should perform a little faster, as there is not all of the selections
taking place, and disabling screen updating will also significantly
increase speed.

Sub copyData()
    Dim wsA As Worksheet, wsB As Worksheet
    Dim lr As Long, lr2 As Long

    Set wsA = Sheets("A")
    Set wsB = Sheets("B")
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    wsB.Columns("A:B").Delete
    wsA.Activate
    With wsA
        .Range("A1").Offset(0, 2).Activate
        Do Until ActiveCell.Value = ""
            lr = wsB.Cells(Rows.Count, 1).End(xlUp).Row + 1
            lr2 = ActiveCell.End(xlDown).Row
            ActiveCell.Resize(lr2, 2).Copy wsB.Cells(lr, 1)
            ActiveCell.Offset(0, 2).Activate
        Loop
    End With
    wsB.Range("A1") = "Heading"
    wsB.Range("B1") = "Value"
    wsB.Range("A1:B1").Font.Bold = True
    wsB.Columns("A:B").AutoFit
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
