- To design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery. - Hands-on and Implement the solutions along with a high technically focused team to provide technical expertise in the Design and planning of solutions. - Test solutions on top of the AEM WCM, DAM and SoCo modules - Transfers and insures business requirements into Quality specs and provides quality strategy implementation solution and recommendations - Define implementation processes, and best practices - Handle the Demos and POCs for clients. - Collaborate with development and other QE on test execution following Adobe quality process. - Ensure the features requirements are fully understood and sufficiently documented. - Ensure an adequate level of testing coverage. - Manual and automated testing to ensure the high quality delivery of custom solutions. - Write thorough test plans, execute the plans in a timely and efficient manner. - Write easy to understand test case steps and expected result descriptions. - Ensure both normal scenarios and exceptional scenarios are considered. - Execute and report test results or enter defects on a timely basis - Constructively participate within the Adobe technical community to develop and refine best practices and processes. - Continuously improve the existing automation framework. - Provide testing estimation if being required by the customer. - Work independently and manage workload effectively with minimum supervisions. - Provide guidance to team and mentor the technical focused QA team. - Hands-on contribution as part of the team and lead the day-to-day technical activities bringing in excellence in implementation. - Work closely with clients, developers, system administrators and BAs to test Adobe AEM- WCM solutions. - Provide test solutions in integrating third-party systems with Adobe AEM as part of overall architecture. - Provide the leadership and direction to team by leading the projects in the agile model taking on the different roles required in the project.
