This individual will have a strong Performance testing background using both vendor and open source technology. They will be expected to work closely with application project teams for Performance script development and advising/recommending script tools. When engaging with project teams you will be involved from the beginning of their testing needs, requirements and scenarios. You will be expected to guide project teams of testing best practices and explain testing results. We will expect you work with project teams of different methodologies such as; agile, CI/CD and water fall approaches. Applications under test will be vendor purchases and in-house development. The in-house development would consist of cloud based applications, Docker containers, lightweight micro services, RPC and Rest services, and distributed and non-relational databases.
