*Job Title : Sr. Project Manager with GxP & Infrastructure
ExperienceLocation : Foster City, CADuration : 6+Months ContractAll they
need is extensive GxP experience as well as infrastructure experience. Just
a knowledge of AWS will work for this now. Notes:*
looking for a Sr. PM, with a MINIMUM of 7-10 years experience
must have solid GxP/validation experience
must have IT pharma PM's with cloud project experience
must have any AWS or cloud experience
looking for an IT PM who has worked in the pharma space
NEEDS to be able to DRIVE projects
must have great communication skills, be able to work with all levels
PMP a plus

*Job Responsibilities*
Manage one or more work streams on a major program for our Pharmaceutical
Development and Manufacturing (PDM) group.
Assist in providing training/coaching on project management principles
where appropriate to our stakeholders (business owners, System managers,
validation engineers, etc.)
Create appropriate project plans and work schedules to meet business
objectives and priorities
Provide an ongoing assessment and management of project risks and determine
actions necessary to mitigate risks
Track and help resolve project issues
Provide regular project plan updates and status reporting on financial and
delivery progress, including weekly executive dashboards
Lead project communications activities to the stakeholders
Collaborate with other IT groups involved in the project delivery process
Assure, through monitoring and project oversight, that project delivery is
on-time and within budget; identifying, tracking, reporting, and escalating
issues as appropriate
Coordinate the delivery of training with business systems users and IT
Facilitate post implementation project reviews and the incorporation of
lessons learned back into principles, policies, practices and the in-house
knowledge base
