*Lead Backend Java/Oracle/Unix Engineer * *Location- Providence, RI* *Contract-12 month* *Skype Interview Process* *Job Description:* All remaining positions need very Senior/Lead level developers- A combination of database/core Java development with the focus on Core Java (they will not work with any front end development of frameworks), Oracle, SQL and Unix Programming. *Core MANDATORY Requirements:* 8+ years of Java, Unix and Oracle development experience- Strong Java application development skills on an Oracle backend system 1+ years of team lead experience with an ability to gather requirements for the design and architecture of new applications The project is run on Unix OS, so candidates must have strong Unix/shell scripting both from scratch and for debugging issues Very Strong SQL development experience - inner and outer joins, pivots, etc *Responsibilities:* 1. Developing Java services to process data service requests to different Java based applications. 2. Write complex SQL queries and Shell scripts as part of daily activities. 3.
