Program Manager - Senior - manages a wide variety of technology and other
programs and projects within a program within the Information Technology
department for SAP technology projects across the entire Amtrak Corporation.



Program Delivery within the SDLC- Agile and Waterfall Methodologies, IT
Management, Transportation



*TECHNICAL SKILLS:*

•Experience in leading SAP projects (over 10 Yrs – FICO, PR, HR, MM,
Payroll, Ariba, Concur, GRC, Success factors

•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

•Microsoft Project, Microsoft Server, and project scheduling skills

•Supervisory skills to lead project managers and drive delivery

•Understand and negotiate relationships across diverse business units

•Highly communicative with relevant and timely information for management
and clients

•Able to distil information professionally via emails, memos and PowerPoint
to all level of receiving audience

•Responsive to issues, risks, concerns and clients

•Demonstrated skill in taking ownership and accountability

•Conflict resolution skills; requires minimal supervision

•Organized with information, meetings, follow up and throughput

•Proven and repeated track record in on time, budget and scope
