*Duration : 4+ months * *Interview : Phone & Skype* *2 openings* *Senior UPK Developer with Oracle R12 (EBS) Implementation experience* *Technical Experience/Skills Required:* • Assist in Developing and modifying UPKs for Oracle eBS and ADF web pages • Knowledge of basic Supply chain and manufacturing processes in Oracle eBS R12 • Intermediate to expert proficiency using Oracle UPK to develop and publish e-learning courses and user guides • Liase with end users to define and identify business procedures and establish documentation needs for training. • Analyze IT training requirements to determine types of documents needed. • Collaborate with IT analysts and developers to collect and interpret information. • Design, develop and deliver end-user training materials, user guides, class room exercises and student assessments using Oracle UPK. • Deliver blended ERP learning solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) utilizing Oracle UPK. • Configure and or modify Oracle Financials, Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules. • Plan, design, research, write, and edit a range of scripted documents, including user guides and manuals, training materials, user policies, and proposals, for both print and online media. • Establish, communicate, and maintain documentation standards, and provide training where required. • Maintain accuracy of all documentation. • Create and populate Oracle test instance with training data. • Work independently to deliver a solution on time. • Assist with projects as may be required to contribute to efficiency and effectiveness of the work. • Work outside the standard office 7.5 hour work day may be required. *Technical Experience/Skills Preferred* • Oracle Applications • UPK • Supply Chain *Regards , * *Akshita | ** KPG99,INC <http://www.kpg99.com/>* *3240 E State, St Ext | Hamilton, NJ 08619 609-681-2602 || aksh...@kpgtech.com <aksh...@kpgtech.com> * -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
