*Duration : 3+ months* *Interview: F2F (can do skype but locals are always hired first) – please only send candidates from surrounding OH markets – MI, PA, IN, IL, etc.* * THREE OPENINGS!!!* *No H1b With Linkedin* *Required:* - C#, .NET 4.0 (or earlier) - MVC - SQL Server - Web Services (REST/WCF) - JavaScript (jQuery) - Training in Agile Principles, specifically the Scrum framework - Sr. level development skills with architecture experience *Desired:* - Sitecore - Microsoft Team Foundation System (TFS) - Automated testing practices (Unit/Integration/Acceptance) - At least 1-3 years’ experience working on an Agile SCRUM development team. *Candidate Responsibilities:* - Working in an agile team environment to build, maintain, and support a health insurance member portal - System programming (web/mobile UIs, service based) with various technologies including .NET 4.5, MVC, C#, SQL2012, JavaScript, jQuery, and Sitecore) - Analyze varying solutions and provide strategic recommendations with an eye on functionality, cost, technology and value as appropriate - Strong interpersonal and analytical skills for interacting with team members to identify and remediate issues/bugs - Perform independent testing and coordinating with Quality Assurance personnel *Project Detail:* - Projects will use Medical Mutual Agile/Scrum Methodology, standards and document templates. - Entails working with a Sitecore 7.x/C# based website with a combination of C# webforms, user controls and text/html script templates. A portion of the site is also C# MVC. There are several back-end web services that make external calls for claims and other infor. There are also calls to SQL Server and DB. - Analyze existing processes and work with the technical lead, business analysts and product owner to understand the business rules, which may not be known, and then be able to provide coding patterns and practices. - Provide technical direction based on C# MVC (Model/View/Controller).
