*Role : Agile Project Manager* *Location : Cambridge, MA*
*Duration : 6+months* *Interview : Manager strongly prefers face to face, but if the person has the regulated experience, then will consider Skype* *Primary Responsibilities and Essential Duties:* · Deep experience working in an agile development environment · Ability to effectively facilitate Scrum ceremonies · Coaches agile teams with a drive towards continuous improvement · Work with Product Owner to gather requirements, communication plan, and product roadmap development · Develops a communication plan to be used during the entire project, with appropriate levels of communication depending on phase and project needs · Responsible for risk identification, analysis and mitigation · Tracks and manages issues · Collaborates cross-functionally with other Technology teams to ensure dependencies are communicated, committed and delivered · Develop and deliver management and executive level status reports · Ability to engage cross team communication and alignment of priorities and dependencies · Contribute to the ongoing maturity of agile practices across the Technology department · Mentor and coach less experienced Agile Project Managers in the PMO *Desired Skills and Experience:* · *Experience working in an FDA regulated environment, specifically Medical Device* · Experience working in a software development environment that complies with IEC 62304 · *Expertise planning large scale projects with multiple dependencies* · Ability to learn and understand a large enterprise architecture · *Experience with Atlassian tools JIRA, JIRA Portfolio and Confluence* · Ability to bring people from across the company together to build a consensus and drive decisions · Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills *Education or Experience:* · 10 or more years of experience in the role of a program/project manager · Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in a field relevant to assignment *Regards , * *Akshita | ** KPG99,INC <http://www.kpg99.com/>* *3240 E State, St Ext | Hamilton, NJ 08619 609-681-2602 || aksh...@kpgtech.com <aksh...@kpgtech.com> * -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
