Strong knowledge of SQL, Object Oriented and Scripting languages – C#, VBScript, JavaScript Client is looking for experienced Lead Software Quality Assurance Engineer, with a creative edge, strong problem-solving skills and an understanding of solid software development foundation to create and support QA automation environments. This role will participate in design, planning, execution, monitoring, and improve testing process for the Agile Scrum, DevOps and Support/Consulting teams. Qualified candidates will be challenged to create a sustainable manual and test automation frameworks for the Exam Management Suite while meeting the highest standards of availability, stability and performance. The successful candidate will author programmatic test cases into suites that will exercise all facets of the system to ensure our applications are of the highest quality. *Responsibilities:* · Champion testing, effective test automation and good testing practices. · Constantly evaluate test strategy and areas of improvement in a collaborative agile environment. · Establish goals and objectives for appropriate testing cycles. · Work directly with test leads in Scrum teams to identify and resolve ongoing systemic issues. · Create and execute both manual and automated test scripts as part of agile teams. · Plan and actively work towards adoption of behavior driven development, exploratory testing and risk based regression testing where appropriate. · Frequently pair with developers and other testers to ensure test coverage. · Actively support agile development methods and best practices. · Automate user journey, cross browser, load and regression testing using well-structured maintainable code. · Manage automated testing artifacts to ensure proper reuse, versioning, backups, organization and retention. · Integrate test automation suites into a continuous integration/continuous deployment system. · Provide consistent communication and feedback on testing approach/progress to an agile delivery team of developers, testers, product owners and stakeholders in a complex business domain. · Quickly acquire new testing skills and work with new technologies with little support. · Mentor and enrich other QA engineers on the scrum teams. · Manage timely execution of the following phases of testing: functional, regression, integration, performance, load, smoke and usability testing using discretion on UAT factors to deliver the best minimum viable experience for customers · Manage and execute deployments / roll-outs into UAT, staging, and production environments · Assure system quality is defined and tested within the confines of the sprint deliverables from all key stakeholder perspectives *Preferred Experience / Requirements:* · Minimum 2 years of experience as a Lead QA Engineer in an Agile environment · Applied Knowledge of Agile Testing Methodologies like Exploratory testing, Behavior Driven Development (BDD/ATDD) · Strong knowledge of SQL, Object Oriented and Scripting languages – C#, VBScript, JavaScript · Minimum 2 years of experience with testing frameworks - LoadRunner, TestComplete, TestLeft, CodedUI, MTM · Strong knowledge of UI automation, web services automation and performance / load and cross browser testing · Hand-on experience assisting dev with test/edge cases, leading QA modeling · Applied Knowledge of TFS or other ALM tools · Experience using cloud based infrastructure for testing is desirable · Demonstrable experience in testing performance, scalability, and maintainability · Demonstrated ability to productively, effectively and cordially work with clients and colleagues · Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines · Experience in Assessment Industry is a plus *Personal Characteristics:* · Self-motivated and passionate in building a world-class product · Ability to collaborate and communicate complex, technical concepts across all levels of the organization. · Ability to work independently and as a team member. · Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment · Excellent oral, written, collaborative and interpersonal skills · Passion for continuous process and technology improvement · Ability to understand and work in a complex business domain to propose test architecture / alternative approaches relating to deliverables, facilitating evaluation of fit for purpose. · Ability to suggest improvements to process and technology areas for a test system · Ability to define the framework for testing · Ability to analyze risks and provide mitigation plans · Ability to analyze test requirements and provide a solution in terms of test approach and design, suggested tools etc. · Ability to design the entire test life cycle processes. · Capability to lead and co-ordinate a testing team; plan, execute and monitor a testing process *Regards , * *Akshita | ** KPG99,INC <http://www.kpg99.com/>* *3240 E State, St Ext | Hamilton, NJ 08619 609-681-2602 || aksh...@kpgtech.com <aksh...@kpgtech.com> * -- Are you =EXP(E:RT) or =NOT(EXP(E:RT)) in Excel?
