Role: SAP HR Time Management Consultant Location: Knoxville, TN or Atlanta GA
Duration: 6-12 Months on C2C Functional analyst who will support Time configuration on the global SAP HR landscape at Client Location. This role requires analysis and enhancement skills, consulting skills and expertise in SAP HR Time Management module. Candidate should have the ability to change PCRs and Schemas. *Specific Duties:* · Expertise in Time Management module can handle small enhancements and projects in these areas independently. · Configuration in all areas of Time · Expertise in Positive and Negative Time Management. · Expert with Holiday Calendars, Works schedules, Absences, Attendances, Quotas, Overtime (Daily, Weekly), Shift Differential, Leave Entitlement, Time Quota Compensation, Time Evaluation, PCR, Schemas, Time – Payroll Integration Design, configure and test the solutions. · Act as a liaison between the Business Users and Technical team (ABAP team) for successful resolution of issues/ projects. · Knowledgeable of LSMW - desirable. · Knowledgeable FMLA Workbench · Expert with Cross Application Time Sheet · ALE Inbound and Outbound - desirable · Knowledge in Payroll US/ Canada – required. *Qualifications:* · 5-7 years of SAP HR Time experience. · Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations. · Able to collaborate with clients and various other teams. · Excellent communication skills written and verbal. · Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
