*Technical:*

*•         SOA 11g/12c BPEL and BAM*

*•         Oracle Service Bus 11g*

*•         Oracle B2B 11g/12c and good knowledge in EDI format *

*•         Basic SOA Admin experience to stop and restart the SOA 11g/12c
Servers.*

*•         Experience in Oracle PL/SQL*

*•         Core Java.*



*Roles and Responsibility:*

*•         Resolving production issues, P1, P2, P3 and P4 as per SLA.*

*Requirement Gathering, Impact Analysis with Team, Document the change,
Development, Coordinate UAT Testing with business and technical team,
promote the change to prod.*

*•         Create SR and follow up with oracle for product related issues.*

*•         Organize Offshore and Onsite handover meeting.*

*•         Attend weekly status meeting with customer.*

*•         Good Communication Skills. One feedback Doug has for Chandra is
that while he is technically good, he lacks confidence and in meetings this
translates to communication issues.*
