• Define solutions (metrics, designs, recommendations) to monitor and drive
business operational processes

• Partner with consumers, performers, and source system teams to analyze,
internalize and translate metrics to develop:

o key dimensions indicative of operational performance

o effective visualizations to demonstrate performance

o data quality impacts and requirements

o aggregation frameworks for shifting from high-level to detailed viewpoints

o clear metrics definitions and glossary for socialization
