*Job Description:*

• Experience in salesforce support include  ng incident management, user
management, security management, Salesforce configurations, workflows,
assignment rules etc.

• Worked on at least one Salesforce support and development project

• Experience on data migration using the tool apex/ informatica data loader

• Experience on salesforce service cloud and sales cloud modules

• Experience in Salesforce development using apex, visualforce, triggers,
REST/SOAP integrations is a plus

• Knowledge on external system Integrations using web services

• Must have very good analytical and problem-solving skills and resolve
issues quickly.

• Excellent English communication skills and manage the customer/end user
communication

• Salesforce Certification on administration or developer platform1 is must

• Additional exposure working on single sign-on, Chatter, salesforce1,
lightning, web-to-lead is a plus

• Open to work in shift on rotation basis to cover Europe, APAC and US
regions



*Must:*

Got total of 10 Years of IT experience?

Excluding Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Support, has minimum 5 years of
Salesforce Development experience?

Involved in minimum 3 Salesforce development projects?

Has Sales cloud experience?

Has worked minimum 1 years in lightning development?

Has experience working in Agile projects?

Has at least one developer certification?



*Optional:*

Has exposed to Real estate domain?

Has worked on Salesforce Managed package application?
