This is a Release / Change Manager Role – Must have experience managing
software release process, creation of body of work, documentation of
detailed release documents, communication to stakeholder.  Manager will
require an onsite interview.

* REQUIRED SKILLS:*
-Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development
or equivalent is required.
-5+ years’ experience of working/supporting a technical/development
business unit.
-3+ years of relevant Release Management/Change Management experience in
supporting a software development organization.
-Strong Project Management skills
-Excellent written and oral communication skills, extensive presentation
experience, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of
management including C level executives
-Experience using standard change management approaches, tools, and
techniques for preparing the organization to adopt changes
-Advance user of Microsoft Office suite including SharePoint, Microsoft
Project and Visio
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a highly demanding
environment

*NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:*
-PMP Certification
-Healthcare insurance related technology project experience
-Experience with technical operations and business process improvements



*RESPONSIBILITIES:*
-Be responsible for facilitating the Release Management/Change Management
processes throughout the SDLC.
-Collaborate with diverse group of stakeholders and business units to
gather release components, prioritize them and align them to a release.
-Responsible for the documentation of all changes and impacts to change
requests by communicating a summary for internal stakeholders and external
users.
-Responsible for tracking key decision points, assess their impacts and
implement appropriate changes to release documentation and/or processes.
-Will generate reports in order to manage and track all changes, and to
provide input to work requests to include in each sprint/release.
-Navigate successfully within a matrix organization throughout the SDLC.
-Collaborate successfully with all impacted business units and roles, such
as Business Analysts, System Analysts, Developers, Testers, User Acceptance
Testers (end-users).
-Proactively identifies issues, collaborates to find solutions, and
communicates and leads the execution of mitigation plans.
-Communicate status and resolution plans to internal management and other
stakeholders effectively
-Resolve differences and achieve successful collaboration throughout all
SDLC phases.
-Leverage project management best practices to plan, execute and deliver
assigned work assignments successfully to provide value and meet business
needs.
-Build release schedule, generate release documentation, and generate and
distribute release notifications.
-Work cooperatively with an integrated team to quickly and successfully
address any associated risks and issues.
