* Title: Informatica ETL Developer (Health Care experience)*

*Duties*

·  Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate
Client Healthcare Partners' commitment to superior customer service,
including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and
external customer.

·  Develop and implement ETL utilizing Informatica PowerCenter.

·  Follow standards and guidelines for all ETL design and development. This
includes workflow architecture, naming conventions for source and targets,
ports, maps, sessions and parameters.

·  Establish reusable, auditable and high quality ETL design patterns to be
leveraged across all data warehouse layers.

·  Follow team-based development versioning and control, check in/checkout.

·  Adhere to ETL design patterns, as created by the ETL Architect, for
development, auditing, testing and data quality.

·  Develop ETL code, including but not limited to:

·  Historical Data Loads

·  Incremental Data Loads

·  Scheduling

·  Process/Load Control

·  Error Handling

·  Add / Change / Delete Handling

·  Historical, e.g., Slowly Changing Dimensions

·  Provide delivery through multiple environments (development, test, QA
and production).

·  Prepare integration and acceptance test plans, as assigned.

·  Ensure full documentation of all work products.

·  Participate in design reviews with the ETL architect and other technical
team members.

·  *Use, protect, and disclose Client HCP patients' protected health
information (PHI) only in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and
Accountability Act (HIPAA)*


*Skills:*

·  5+ years' experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.

·  3+ years' experience developing with Informatica PowerCenter.

·  Proficient in PL/SQL and/or T-SQL development.

·  Expertise in using data quality and profiling tools.

·  Understanding of reusable ETL frameworks driven by ETL design patterns.

·  Strong understanding of relational and dimensional data architecture
concepts.

·  *Knowledge of healthcare pre-built data models such as IBM's Unified
Data Model for Healthcare (UDMH) a strong plus.*

·  *Knowledge of healthcare medical group business and data (payor,
clinical, operational) a plus.*

·  Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.

·  Ability to work with data warehouse and BI developers in formulating
recommendations, strategies, and tactics based on developer's analysis.

·  Driven by a fast-paced, energetic, results-oriented environment.

·  Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with team
members and all levels of management, including C-level.

·  Excellent documentation and presentation skills.

·  Must be a self-starter and able to lead teammates as needed.


*Education*

·  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar is required.
