*Job Description:*
Assist in fully integrating the Oracle HCM cloud system into current
business applications and provide input on best practices
Configure Oracle HCM cloud system to meet business needs
Take appropriate initiative to follow through and complete tasks effectively
Collaborate with team members and be mindful of interdependent processes
Develop reports SQL and using BI Publisher
Develop HCM extracts, Flow Patterns, Benefits data extract

*Qualifications:*
Experience with fit/gap assessment, configuration, and testing and
production support.
3+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud Core HR, BPM, Security and
Benefits or Compensation modules required
Working knowledge of Talent Management or Taleo a plus
Able to document the process, prepare business requirements document (BRD)
and seek out solutions.
Working knowledge of FBL, HDL, PBL or Spreadsheet loader required
Working knowledge of Fast Formula preferred
Demonstrated good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently individually and in a team
