*Knowledge/Experience:*



- 5+ years’ work experience in Investment Banking Front Office space

- Prior knowledge of Financial Products (preferably credit products) and
associated market/trading conventions (preferable)

- Extensive Credit electronic trading experience

- Extensive Business Analysis and Program/Project Management experience
across the full project lifecycle

- Strong knowledge of agile development methodologies

- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements & technology implementations

- Team management experience (preferable)



*Skills:*

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Exceptional presentation skills. Ability to present to senior levels of
management (e.g. Director, MD) and to facilitate discussions at the senior
stakeholder level

- Execution oriented with strong attention to detail; Ability to work
independently, multi-task, and take - ownership of various parts of a
project or initiative

- Ability to build and foster internal relationships

- Proven track record in delivery of multiple parallel initiatives

- Fluency in English

- Experience in creating BRD/FRD and translating business logic into
functional requirements

- Data analysis and process design experience

- Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge (being able to create and
examine basic scripts for a consistency and logic)

- Strong track record of successful technology project delivery

- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills

- An ability to identify and prioritize business needs

- Demonstrated initiative and creativity in problem solving
