·  Hands on experience on SharePoint 2010, 2013, O365 (SharePoint Online
and Office Apps)

·  Proficiency in English , both written and oral communication

·  Troubleshoot issues related with SharePoint Server, SharePoint clients
and other technologies SharePoint Search, Nintex and InfoPath

·  Deliver technical support for MS Sharepoint Server and related
technologies.

·  Excellent Communications skills

·  Manage tickets and tickets queues appropriately

·  Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA

·  Maintain and continual update of the Knowledge Management system for all
the issues as on when resolved.

·  Coordinate and work directly with the internal teams (Infrastructure,
Database, BI and Platform) and Microsoft Premier Support Services and any
external team during incident and problem resolution, follow up till
closure.

·  Interface with delivery groups to ensure complex problems are being
worked appropriately and escalate incidents to Vendors

·  Perform Root cause analysis for the incidents as part of preventive
maintenance.

·  Monitor, track, and report on service level performance (Availability,
Reliability, Performance and Change Management)

·  Monitoring the effectiveness of error control and make recommendations
to improve it

·  Monitor the performance against the agreed service operating level
objectives and SLA

·  Executing validated patches and upgrades by Platform team for the
application and product

·  *Technical Skills* - SharePoint 2010, 2013, O365 (SharePoint Online and
Office Apps)

·  Language Skills – English (Oral and written proficiency).
