* Role: Oracle BRM Consultant*

*JOB DESCRIPTION:*
Capgemini is currently looking for an exceptional candidate to help lead
the BAU Operations Team and support the ATLAS Order to Cash platform. The
candidate will be involved in all operational support activities and be
primarily point of contact for all support activities. The candidate is
expected to help triage & be involved with any production issues that arise
on a day-to-day basis. The candidate is expected to be a leader in the
supported technical areas and should be able to perform with minimal
supervision.

*Responsibilities:*
Hands on BRM support
Act as primary point of contact for all operational issue escalations
Contribute to Analysis, triage, RCA, fix & deployment phases for all
operational changes
Ensure efficient & effective process is followed for all operations items
Act as the technical decision maker for all decisions taken to ensure
systems operate effectively and efficiently
Develop or ensure development of enhancements and provide support for
Oracle BRM systems for various projects around the globe
Ensure good operational practices are followed across the platform
Ensure metrics are collected and used to drive operational efficiency for
the ATLAS platform
Prepare reports, manuals, and other documentation on the status, operation
and maintenance of platform
Hire, coach and mentor technical resources
Other duties as assigned

*Qualifications:*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline with a
significant software development component.
2+ years of managing operations teams
10+ years of software development experience using C/C++ and/or Java.
6+ years of experience with Oracle BRM (Portal Infranet/Integrate Billing
Solution) 7.x is a must.
Experience with BRM PCM C/Java development and customizations.
Experience configuring and using various tools like Oracle Mediation
Controller and integrating with third party apps like Vertex (O Series),
payment processing systems (Chase Paymentech preferred), Invoice extraction
systems & Oracle EBS (R12) is required
Expert level knowledge of data model and experience working with data
warehouse feeds is required
Exposure to other Oracle products (e.g., Siebel, AIA, UIM, OSM, BI
Publisher) is a definite asset.
