•             Should have hands on experience in development work cycle
•             Should have hands on experience in handling Production
Support and Problem Management
•             Capable of developing software based as per project defined
software process
•             Develop and peer review of Design/Code(Initiate/ participate
in peer reviews)
•             Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data
and  contribute to appropriate software (including programming languages)
development life cycle methodology and application of specialized business
and technical knowledge.

*Behavioral Skills:*

•             Resolve technical issues of projects
•             Participates as a team member
•             Take ownership of the Application and provide the support as
and when needed
•             Should be the Single Point of Contact for the application
being supported from Offshore
•             Mentoring the Team
•             Effectively collaborates and communicates with the
stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
•             Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective
knowledge management activity.

*Qualification:*

•             Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in
software development.
•             Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M. Tech or
equivalent technical degree from a reputed college
