·         Hands on Architect/Lead Developer to focus on the backend
development process within Arthur’s Team – Build standards, formalize
process, drive collaboration, enhance delivery & execution

·         Little bit of Agile Development, Review Code

·         Need core strong Java Spring background

·         Need to have very strong soft skills and the ability to build
trust & work collaboratively with many different types of people across dev
teams

·         Strong communication skills, ability to think/work strategically
but also directly with the developers

·         Need to have 10+ years of development experience and will be
working very closely with developers

·         Will not be doing hands on development but will be working
directly with developers on process and development workflow across both
onshore and offshore teams

·         Need to be passionate about Backend Development and current Java
standards and framework

·         Experience with integration and development best practices
