We have a consulting role for a Senior SAP PP/MRP Analyst in Morristown,
TN. This role is responsible for the overall design, implementation and
support of SAP best practices in manufacturing processes. This will include
Sales Orders, Forecasting, MTO, MTS, Classification Systems, MRP,
Scheduling, Production Orders, Manufacturing Execution, and Purchasing for
our plant in TN.

The person must have a very strong manufacturing process knowledge
(chemicals, preferred) to help the business teams define, deploy and
enhance the usage of technology in the shop floor, as well as to understand
all the key integration points with other tools supporting those processes
such as warehousing.



*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *



• Lead the improvement of how core SAP (MRP/PP) can be used best to support
our MTO, MTS manufacturing processes. Currently we have basic functionality
implemented and this role needs to drive a better use of SAP to support the
business from both a process, and the best practice usage. Must be
comfortable in challenging the status quo.

• Lead the Build and Deployment at the manufacturing site from a technical
and functional perspective. This includes the overall assessment of the
manufacturing processes and technologies including those supported by SD,
PP and MM perspective in SAP.

• Technical support: Provide support and take leadership on PP, and MRP
including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing
enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and
systems configuration, design and implementation.

• Build partnerships with internal customers who are involved in Plan to
Supply process and other systems that are involved in it.

• Provide guidance to teams on manufacturing best practices.



*REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:*

• Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering –
related field required.

• 5+ years hands-on work experience in SAP PP/MRP required in a business
facing role (consulting)

• Team lead on at least two full life cycle with coordinating
cross-functional teams and resources.

• Additional experience in  MM, WM and/or SD SAP modules a plus

• Additional experience in FICO integration (order settlement, product
costing) a plus

• Exposure to barcoding and/or label printing solutions a plus

• Ability to effectively communicate with Business SME’s, Technical IT team
members and as well as end users across the globe (excellent verbal and
written communication skills)

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must demonstrate a strong track record of delivering results

• Ability to work autonomously with little guidance
