.         Experience with configuration, customization of Oracle Agile PPM
product

.         Experience with L2 and L3 support of the above product

.         Programing exp with .net, exposure to Informatica and SQL

.         Good at ITIL fundamentals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

.         L2 and L3 support of Oracle Agile PPM product

.         Configuration and customization.

.         Implementing minor/major enhancements.

.         Interact with customer and offshore team members to help resolve
tickets.

Generic Managerial Skills:

.         Should have excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

.         Should be self-motivated.

.         Excellent communication skills

.         Good team player.
