*Job Description:*



• 10+ years of experience in Data Modeling role with entity relation
diagrams, logical/physical data

   models creation, review, and analysis and provide modelling solutions
• Data Modeling experience in Insurance space, implementation in a Big Data
environment as well as in

   APIs. Graph data modeling experience in addition is highly preferred.
• Hands-on-experience with Data modeling tool such as (but not limited to)
Erwin and expert in creating

   complex Logical, Physical and Conceptual data models, worked in complex
data mapping, metadata

   maintenance.
• Strong Experience with dimensional modeling like Star & Snowflake, should
have understanding on

   normalized/denormalized models.
• Should have experience on applying the modeling standards to logical and
physical ERDs, need to

   collaborate with Business & Development teams.
• Expert in data management best practices with creative problem-solving
techniques for data solutions

   in a large and complex environment
• Experience with data warehousing, driving data design and end to end
processing, Experience with

   moderate PL/SQLs,
• Incredibly passionate about data, Extensive experience in creating data
quality rules at multiple levels

   (attribute, entity, feed) of data
• Perform demos, design reviews, and code reviews for program- and
platform-level governance groups
• Participates in sprint planning sessions, including providing detailed
tasks that are required to fulfill

   stories
• Functional knowledge/experience of the Insurance Industry is a plus

• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills is a
must
