*DURATION : 12 MONTHS* *Skills:* · Working in a support and administrative capacity, responsible for a major IT infrastructure technology asset, such as operating system or hardware.· · One or more relevant technical certifications on various IT disciplines, i.e. VCP, MCP, MCSE· · Working knowledge and concepts of Converge/Hyper-Converge infrastructure hardware – vBLOCK, IBM Pureflex etc. · Experience with installation, configuration, administration, and maintenance of VMware VSphere (5.x/6.x), including server provisioning from templates, clustering principles, orchestration, SRM, vSAN, NSX and best practices of VMware technology. · Experience with IBM/Lenovo blade server technology is desired. · Has consistently demonstrated and applied analytical skills and problem solving skills.· · Experience working in a support capacity within IT infrastructure, working and communicating with various team members and other teams, in a collaborative environment. · Experience with producing quality detailed documentation on work undertaken and activities planned · Experience working in an environment where controls are in place, including familiarity with change control process, SDLC, and standard operating procedures, and familiarity with project management cycles.
