*Key Responsibilities:*

·         Responsible for translating business concepts into clear, concise
and appealing content to support multiple lines of business.

·         Develop and design a web page using Jive.

·         Respond to time-critical requests and advocate for the right
content solutions.

·         Create and maintain Technical Support and Training content in a
way that's scalable and user-focused.

·         Develop a subject matter expert understanding of business
processes.

·         Deliver reporting data and metrics to provide visibility to
content status and gaps to close.

·         A successful candidate will be resourceful, customer-focused,
team-oriented, and will have an ability to work independently under time
constraints to meet deadlines.



*Basic Qualifications*

·         Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, with 4+ years
of professional experience.

·         Experienced in designing and developing a Jive site.

·         Web page designing and web site development experience.

·         Professional content management experience (customer service /
content creation).

·         Ability to prioritize and manage multiple stakeholder needs.

·         A proven track record in writing high-quality content.

·         Ability to multi-task in a dynamic technical environment.



*Preferred Qualifications*

·         Experience with Tableau will be a plus.

·         Project management experience.

·         Experience with content management systems.

·         Experience with HTML, XML markup languages.
