*Location: Research Triangle Park , NC Duration: 6- 12 months Contract* *Must Have experience with Kanban, ScrumBan, Scaled Agile,, SAFe* *Job Description: * 1. Seasoned and well experienced hands on experience with ScrumMaster role. 2. Must have experience in Kanban approach apart from Scrum. ScrumBan and Scaled Agile experience (like SAFe) is a plus. 3. Must have strong experience in handling extreme Agile engagements wherein priorities and scope could almost change very frequently. Hence Kanban, wherein “Pull” approach from backlog is suitable 4. Area of work is Collaboration and Workspace Technologies (like Microsoft Teams, Mobility services etc) 5. Ability to influence stakeholders coming from Waterfall model into Agile mindset. Be an effective Lean Agile thinker, Servant leader and Change Agent 6. Work with Product Owner and Dev Team to achieve Product Vision and Roadmap with desired value proposition 7. Strong Problem Solving Skills 8. Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus. 9. Hands on experience in JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
