   - *8+ years as an engineer experience with proven responsible for
   defining / realigning web API service*
   - *Hands on experience with SpringBoot, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Messaging
   (RabbitMQ, Kafka) and integrate multiple services via message queue-like
   (Kafka) systems*
   - *Develop microservices strategy for the organization including
   technology, development, deployment, security, and operational support
   practices*
   - *Proven experience in architecting modern services driven solutions
   using microservices and reactive services approaches*
   - *Ability to architect entire software system end-to-end*
   - *Experience designing for scalability, performance, and security*
   - *In-depth experience working with NodeJS, Spring Cloud, and related
   technologies*
   - *Experience with container orchestration (Nebula / OpenShift/Docker
   Swarm)*
   - *Strong understanding and experience of KOA, GraphQL, Express, Spring
   Reactor, RX frameworks, Swagger*
   - *Proficient in asynchronous programming, non-blocking I/O, service
   orchestration and discovery, event loops, streams concepts*
   - *Experience in OAuth, OIDC, JWT, Blockchain, SAML amongst other
   mechanisms*
   - Active coder who is passionate about technology, loves to code and
   keep his/her skills current
   - Closely follows emerging technologies in the industry and stays
   up-to-date on relevant best practices
   - Excellent communication skills and experience communicating at all
   levels
   - Proven experience leading cross-functional project team(s)
   - Good knowledge of Agile work environment
