*Job Description*:

Create and be accountable for the user interaction model, workflows,
information architecture, prototypes, and guidelines for user interfaces.
Develops design concepts and user interface designs.  Conduct user and
design research including: usability studies, ethnographic field research,
user surveys, prototype testing, competitive product analysis, and latest
industry & design trend research.* 7 years of experience are required.*

• Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined.

• Minimum Requirements: (“Must have” Qualifications)

1) Minimum of 5 years working as a product/UX designer (not visual, web, or
marketing)

2) Experience working on large scale products that have shipped (not just
concept work)

3) Experience working on enterprise software

4) Highly skilled at Sketch, Invision, Figma

5) Good communication skills, to be able to present and defend your design
to a broader audience.



• Desired Skills/Qualifications/System Experience requirements: (“Nice to
have Qualifications”)

1) Data visualization skills for the individual who will work on Analytics
in Control Hub.

2) Experience working in JIRA, Confluence and similar project management
tools.

• Additional role, initiative and group information:

The Platform experience team in The Design Group is responsible for
delivering delightful experiences for administrators, channel partners, and
end-users of Cisco’s Collaboration products. We design experiences in the
areas of:

- Service purchasing and fulfillment

- Enterprise administration and compliance

- Business intelligence/analytics for customers and partners

- On-premise and hybrid premise management and monitoring for video
conferencing
