*Required Skills:*

·        Experience 6+yrs

·        Linux, DevOps, Cloud Computing (Vmware, KVM, AWS).

·        Demonstrated experience in software development with algorithms,
data structures, and complexity analysis.

·        Experience in operationalizing and scaling of software systems.

·        Experience in software development with service-oriented
architecture with one or more general purpose programming languages
including but not limited to: Java, Ruby, and JavaScript.

·        Expertise in Angular JS, Restlet, and Rails or in any of the its
related Web Framework.

·        Scripting skills in Ansible, Python, Shell or another common
language.

·        Ability to diagnose issues, debug code, and automate routine tasks
in large-scale distributed systems.

·        Experience in configuring CDN and operating traffic management
components such as load balancers(F5), DNS, and proxy servers in production
.

·        Systematic problem-solving approach, coupled with strong
communication skills, and a sense of ownership and drive





*Roles and Responsibilities:*



·        Design and implement web-applications and REST API services to run
efficiently on the production environment

·        Optimize services once they are live by measuring and monitoring
availability, latency and overall system health with a focus on business
activities. Continuously evaluate cost and waste

·        Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and
evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and
velocity; includes automation for other various operational needs

·        Develop, implement, and monitor security measures for the
protection of systems, networks, and information

·        Trouble-shoot problems that span code, systems, databases, storage
and network

·        Minimize and mitigate risk of reliability related failure outcomes
as pertaining to durability, availability, performance, and correctness

·        Identify risks, responsive, and works with a sense of urgency

·        Works well within a team or independently

·        Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services from
inception and design, through deployment, operation, capacity planning, and
launch reviews
