*Job Title:* Software Engineer (Artificial Intelligence) *Location:* Chicago, IL *Duration:* 12 +Months No H1B *Must have python and Scala both* 7 + Years of overall software development exp needed 3 + Years deploying to AWS Services needed *Job Description:* · Need Digital data scientists who can build models to prevent catastrophic machine failure, turn unplanned maintenance to planned and to make more accurate repair recommendations · Need AWS cloud platform experience , work with Amazon's AI and ML services to deploy, optimize and monitor predictive models that keeps client's equipment running efficiently. · working closely with data scientists and data architects to operationalize the models they deliver. · needs to design, implement, test, document, and support cross-cutting services to help customers do machine learning at scale. · Maintenance of existing mobile, WEB, Cloud, server, personal computer, and/or distributed computing systems. · Competent to perform all programming, project management, and development assignments without close supervision; normally assigned the more complex aspects of systems work. · Works directly on complex application/technical problem identification and resolution, including responding to off-shift and weekend support calls. • Works independently on complex systems or infrastructure components that may be used by one or more applications or systems. · Drives application development focused around delivering business valuable features · Java, C++, or C# including object-oriented design • 4+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems. • Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design • Computer Science fundamentals in data structures • Computer Science fundamentals in algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis · Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as Java, Python Preferred *Qualifications:* · Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers · Experience building cloud-based predictive analytics software systems · Hands on experience with Amazon's AI and ML Services, particularly SageMaker · Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, · source control management, build processes, testing, and operations · Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project · Deep hands-on technical expertise in: large scale systems engineering; building and operating complex distributed systems · Experience with Machine Learning, data mining, and/or statistical analysis tools such as R and MATLAB is a plus Soft Skills Experience in communicating with users Have a nice Day.
