Job Description:

·         Plan/lead and/or support assessments in collaboration with the
business to determine scope, requirements and implementation strategy

·         Evaluating business processes, uncovering areas for improvement,
anticipating and analyzing User Requirements

·         Lead and/or support RFI/RFP submissions for selection of
technology enablers to support business capabilities (for ex, CMO
collaboration platform)

·         Providing oversight, guidance and reviews to ensuring solutions
meet business needs and requirements

·         Support demand intake and prioritization/categorization of new
initiatives/changes to ensure a successful outcome in partnership with
business

·         Contribute and work with delivery organization to gather Resource
ROM/LOE, vendor readiness, contract readiness, GxP/SOX assessment

·         Support determination of value realization within initiatives and
projects.

·         Effectively communicating requirements and plans to
cross-functional team members and management

·         Gathering critical information from meetings with various
stakeholders and producing useful reports

·         Serving as a liaison between stakeholders, users, and technical
teams

·         Managing competing resources and priorities

·         Staying up-to-date on the latest process, industry standards,
best practices and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems


This individual must have business analysis experience in supply chain for
life sciences and should be a senior resource with excellent communication,
leadership and management skills.
