*Job Description:*





*Must have skills:*



   - Office 365 portals with primary exposure to exchange administration
   (On Prem and Cloud), public folders management, Active Directory, Active
   Sync, troubleshooting end user issues.
   - Proof point and awareness around secured emails and processing of the
   same
   - Citrix Environment and troubleshooting
   - Some basic to advanced power shell scripting knowledge
   - Knowledge of various resource tools within Azure



*Skills Required:*



O365, Exchange, powershell, citrix



*Nice to have skills:*



   - SharePoint – sites creation, permissions, storage and retrieval,
   archival, sharegate migration
   - CRM administration (dynamics 365) – simple license assignments, user
   notifications etc..
   - SCCM, Patching, SCOM and alert monitoring (includes alerts from web
   servers, app servers, db serves, middleware etc.).
   - Basic knowledge of networks
   - Printing / setup and troubleshooting
   - Right Fax / setup and troubleshooting
