   - The candidate must have functional manufacturing experience with Infor
   XA/MAPICS ERP and a good understanding of IT consulting.

*Responsibilities*

   - Translate business requirements to Infor XA/MAPICS solutions
   - Perform business process analysis and identify gaps
   - Develop and review Technical design for functional specifications from
   Business Analyst or Customer
   - Test specification and co-ordination of test activity based on the
   output of the business requirements.
   - Review operation and technical support documentation
   - Develop project plans, and budgets
   - Develop schedules and monitor results
   - Guide and perform strategic analysis for projects
   - Organize and manage all phases of projects
   - Coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities
   as needed
   - Reasonable for the preparation, and delegating project responsibilities
   - Weekly and Monthly Status report on the Projects
   - Should be able to handle multiple Projects Requirements
   - At least five years of successful IT Project Management experience
   within a consulting environment
   - Infor XA/MAPICS ERP experience
   - MS Project
   - Any change management tools like MKS Implementer, Simon
   - Utilities experience: Turnover, Hawkeye, Robot, Mimix or others
   - Languages ILE RPG, CL400, Query Query/400, SQL/400

Database / Tools DB2 / SDA, RLU, DFU, SEU, PDM, ALDON
