Work experience as .NET lead

Lead a technical team of software developers to deliver high quality
software.

Work experience as onsite coordinator and have experience to maintaining
the good relationship with client

Utilize the .NET framework and the appropriate client side frameworks to
develop multi-tiered web applications consisting of reusable components and
services.

Good programing skills and experience with Visual FoxPro,C#.Net, ASP.Net,
Web-forms, LINQ, XML, XSLT, MVC, .Net Web , SOAP, WCF, SQL Server,
JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, JS Frameworks, HTML,CSS

Document and diagram the design of solution interfaces, implementations,
and dependencies.

Participate in code reviews and play an active role in ensuring best
practices are enforced in all team development work.

Debugging and troubleshoot application issues down to the network protocol
level.

Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
