This role requires knowledge of SAP Sales & Distribution and business processes and methodologies, along with excellent technical and problem-solving abilities. 3. Expert level design and configuration knowledge in SAP SD, *IS Media*, Business Partners, Pricing, Order processing, billing and IDoc Processing. 4. Individual also must has extensive experience in working with a Level 1, 2, and 3 help desk environments in both an onsite and offshore model. 5.
