*Job Description:*

•         Identify, plan, lead and implement improvement activities to
improve quality, yield, capacity, and optimize manufacturing processes

•         Coaches in how to effectively support the Lean/Six Sigma effort
to improve value streams or processes.

•         Assist with process development and design to meet customer
product requirements

•         Provide engineering support of products as they advance into
production

•         Lead major projects involving capital improvement, process
improvement, and new products

•         Provide technical and troubleshooting support for operators

•         Establish process parameters and controls



*Education / Experience Requirements:*

•         Education / Experience Requirements

•         Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline

•         Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
