Business Analyst-Cards and Payments
Job Description

Bitwise is seeking a Business Analyst with prior experience in the credit
card industry. The prospective candidate will need to demonstrate domain
expertise in the merchant acquiring, especially in areas such as payment
processing, merchant onboarding and dispute processing. Prior experience
working in Agile teams will be a key prerequisite.

Required Qualifications

   - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited
   institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in
   the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
   - The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia. This position may also
   require occasional travel to project locations.
   - At least 3 to 5 years’ experience working in Card Payments, experience
   in Agile/Scrum.
   - Experience in requirement gathering & analysis, user stories writing,
   test case reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

   - 3 to 5 years of experience working in Credit Card/Debit Card payments
   related projects
   - At least 2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum writing User stories.
   - 3 to 5 years of experience in a client-facing role as Business
   Analyst, experience creating requirement specifications documents, BRDs,
   Functional Specifications documents and interfacing with Business.
   - Knowledge of EMV/ PCI DSS / ISO 8583 Related payment standards
   - Experience with data quality and data analysis
   - Ability to perform data/gap analysis with Strong SQL skills coupled
   with good Financial Domain Knowledge
