$45/hourly MAX on c2c



MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supports Quality Manager on Quality Systems and Regulatory Compliance
Projects
• Creates and maintain Quality Metrics
• Assesses and analyses the desirability/necessity of improvements and
simplifications in processes and procedures and initiates a change request
• Lead Improvements in product quality inspection approach
• Work with Suppliers for resolving parts problems.
• Represent Quality in Design Control activities for new and existing
products as needed.
• Lead Nonconforming Products (NCMR), Supplier Quality Notification
/Corrective Action (QN/SCAR) and process Corrective and Preventive Action
(CAPA) investigation from Issue identification through implementation of
solution and effectiveness verification and monitoring. Responsible for
maintaining CAPA / NCMR/QN/SCAR records and keeping them in a state of
audit readiness.
• Project manage all aspects of CAPA activity which includes gaining the
commitment of cross functional resources, scheduling CAPA team meetings,
and ensuring CAPA deliverables in timely manner
• Represent CAPA s in during audits and CAPA review Board meetings.
• Lead and Mentor cross functional teams with implementation of appropriate
root cause analysis techniques
• Analyze quality monitoring data sources and apply statistical techniques
to identify existing and potential cause of non- Conformance
• Apply sound, systematic problem-solving methodologies in identifying,
communicating, and resolving quality issues.
• Develop quality assurance specifications, Inspection methods , sampling
plans and related written procedures
• Lead Material Review Board Collaboration
• Perform Internal Audits and support external audits as Subject matter
Expert (SME) as needed.
• Maintain Quality Organization Quality System Records, including training
records
• Support Quality Management Review Process.
• Support Systems related projects such as Windchill PLM , RSA Archer
• Support the Havarti Project
