*Job Description:*



•                  Solution architect with over 15 years of hands-on
experience

•                  Strong SFDC experience with very good experience in
Service and Field Service

•                  Knowledge of SFDC sales and call center modules is a
good to have

•                  Field Service Lightening experience is must here with
hands-on development experience

•                  Should be able to lead conversations with senior
stakeholders in Business and IT

•                  Will be the primary focal for SFDC related projects and
should drive solutioning keeping the long term perspective in consideration

•                  Will be working on creating a roadmap for future
implementations, understand the ongoing projects quickly and provide
guidance and consultation to business and IT for future requirements

•                  Will be working with multiple vendors (LTI, Other
third-party partners and SFDC directly)

•                  Primarily work on implementation projects and create a
factory delivery model to seamlessly onboard and deliver new projects

•                  Flexible on locations and willing to travel to West Palm
Beach, FL
