*Job Description:*



Looking for someone who has prior Application support engineering
experience. Knowledge of vulnerability remediation experience on
applications and supporting infrastructure. Works independently in a fast
paced environment on moderately complex issues.



*Must have*

·         7+ years of implementation/support experience with distributed
applications

·         *2+ Experience with Windows operating systems including Windows
IIS admin/or Apache Tomcat*

·         Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure architecture

·         Experience in enterprise monitoring tools

·         Knowledge of databases (Oracle/SQL Server)

·         Strong technical skills, analytical ability, good judgement and
strong operational focus

·         Knowledge of vulnerability management and remediation

·         Strong troubleshooting skills with distributed applications

·         Application migration experience

·         *Hands on experience with PowerShell/Python/ Ansible*

·         Strong knowledge of supporting .Net and Java applications

·         Install and configure software in all environments (DEV, UAT,
Staging, Production and DR)

·         Apply and support product defect fixes and updates, from testing
thru implementation

·         Performance platform tuning and module configurations

·         Develop, maintain and support Disaster Recovery plans and annual
exercise

*Good to have*

·         Strong understanding of PKI certificate management

·         Knowledge of Firewall, Load balancer and Network

·         Knowledge of SDLC life cycle and JIRA tool or other similar tool

·         Security knowledge

·         Knowledge of Change control process

·         Experience in Oracle, SQL server database DB Tools

·         Bachelor’s Degree
