Requirements:


   - BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
   - IT Staff augmentation Sourcing experience preferred
   - Successful previous experience as a representative or account manager,
   consistently meeting or exceeding targets
   - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence effectively
   at all levels of the organization
   - Proven ability to drive the sales process from opportunity to close
   - Strong business sense and industry expertise


*Preferred Qualifications and Experience:*


   - Proven track record of closing deals with technology related
   contracting.
   - Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
   - Excellent communication skills.
   - Ability to grasp cutting edge technologies.
   - Strong internet research skills.
   - Proven experience with the entire US IT Staffing life-cycle.
   - Experience with IT staffing, recruiting, and business development.
   - Proven organizational skills coupled with attention to detail.
   - The ability to self-manage, prioritize initiatives and work well in a
   team environment with competing demands and tight deadlines.
