Responsibilities for Project Manager

*                  Work with the scrum master and determine and define project 
scope and objectives as per Agile and Waterfall SDLC Methodology

*                  Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various 
stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
*             Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
*             Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
*             Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources 
in an effectively

*                  Manage Jira reporting, board, time sheets and approvals, and 
all aspects of project tracking using Jira and Tableau

Qualifications for Project Manager
*             Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related 
field

*                  Good understanding of Scrum and Jira able to facilitate 
backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospective

*                  Excellent understanding of Jira and Confluence able to 
update and create Epics, Stories break items into tasks and reporting
*             Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards 
throughout entire project execution
*             3+ years of project management and related experience
*             Experienced JIRA and Confluence professional
*             Proven ability to solve problems creatively
*             Strong familiarity with project management software tools, 
methodologies, and best practices
*             Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
*             Excellent analytical skills
*             Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
*             Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, 
budget, and timeline
