*Title : Sr. Business Analyst (Federal/Public Sector)* *Location: Sacramento, CA (Remote till Covid)* *Duration: 12+ Months* *Job requirements* Overall 10+ Years of Experience 1. The Contractor must have at least two (2) discrete engagements in the past eight (9) years in providing hands-on, outcome-based, transformational work on functional and non-functional requirements elicitation and documentation for means-tested health and human services programs for either a public sector State or federal agency. 2. The Contractor must have completed a process mapping and redesign for two (2) Information Technology projects for public-sector means-tested health or human services programs at either the State or Local level. The services performed by the Contractor can include business-technology solution architecture, technology/data integration or solution implementation services but not Quality Assurance (QA) or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) services. The overall project cost of at least one (1) of these projects must be five million dollars ($5,000,000) or more. 3. The Contractor must have completed consulting services that included a combination of technical integration and technical architecture services for two (2) discrete Information Technology projects. 4. The Contractor must have at least two (2) discrete engagements in the past eight (8) years providing business, information technology, and management consulting services to client, providing services in support of documenting objectives relating to the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL). 5.
