We are looking for Remote - QA Tester - 1 Year Contract to Hire

Major Responsibilities
Performs testing to detect errors, helps troubleshoot them and documents 
reproducible scenarios
Logs, tracks and reports program bugs and glitches so they can be addressed for 
optimum performance and user friendliness
Documents and evaluates test results to ensure completeness and thorough 
coverage
Builds excellent working relationships to develop trust in testing processes 
that are based on business input and application/system usage
Works closely with users to understand their workflow processes and tool usage, 
including gaps and overly-manual, error-prone activities
Sets and enforces good issue-reporting standards


Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience
5+ years of professional experience in software QA, training, and/or support
Excellent listening, speaking, and writing skills
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with business leaders, end 
users, and technical staff
Adapt quickly to new tools and techniques
Keep up-to-date with the latest in testing best practices and tools and apply 
them proactively to continuously improve on processes and skills
Self-directed, capable of determining priorities among multiple QA tasks
