Hi Responsibilities: * Write test data scripts, based on ETL mapping artifacts * Execute data scripts and detailed analysis on the scripts * Create strategies and test cases for applications that use ETL components * Data mining and detailed data analysis on data warehousing systems * Execute formal test plans to ensure the delivery of data related projects * Provide input and support big data testing initiative * Define and track quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status * Document all problems and assists in their resolution Skills: * 10+ years of relevant work experience testing backend, focusing on complex SQL queries * Experience analyzing ETL mapping documents * Create SQL scripts based ETL mapping documents * Create and execute strategies and test cases for applications that use ETL components * Expert in Database testing with excellent PL SQL skills and queries * Data warehouse testing experience * Experience testing Waterfall/Agile Development Projects * Experience testing mission critical Financial Applications * Hands on experience in relational databases and database architecture * Hands on experience interpreting and understanding data models and ER diagrams * Experience testing Big Data systems with Hive and Hbase knowledge * Strong Understanding of Hadoop eco system
